At Shopzawy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Most items are eligible for return. However, certain items like intimate wear, swimwear, and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund.
